Onboard safety rules, refund policy, diving rules and service conditions for Divemate Scuba Club. Please read carefully before your trip.

ONBOARD SAFETY
กฎทั่วไปเพื่อความปลอดภัยGeneral Rules for Safety
- ไม่ควรชาร์จอุปกรณ์ในห้องพักโดยไม่มีคนอยู่ เพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากไฟไหม้ สามารถใช้พื้นที่ที่กำหนด (ห้องซาลูน) สำหรับการชาร์จ และทำเครื่องหมายสายชาร์จของคุณเพื่อป้องกันความสับสน
- Charging devices in unattended cabins is prohibited to prevent fire risks. Use the designated saloon area for charging, and mark your cables for easy identification.
- ห้ามกระโดดลงจากชั้นสองหรือดาดฟ้าเรือเด็ดขาด เพื่อความปลอดภัยและตามข้อจำกัดของประกันภัย
- Jumping from the main deck or roof top is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns and insurance limitations.
- ต้องจับราวบันไดขณะขึ้น-ลงเสมอ และเดินลงด้านหลังหรือด้านข้างเพื่อความมั่นคงบนเรือที่กำลังเคลื่อนที่
- Always hold the handrails while using stairs. Descend backward or sideways for better stability on a moving boat.
- ประตูห้องพักควรปลดล็อกไว้เพื่อความปลอดภัย ยกเว้นในกรณีจำเป็นหรือต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวเท่านั้น
- Cabin doors should remain unlocked for safety, except when necessary for privacy.

- Remove shoes upon boarding to prevent slippery accidents. Guests with medical needs may bring their own new slippers onboard. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shoes are placed in the designated basket, which the crew will collect and store. The boat is not responsible for shoes left in other areas, which may not be brought onboard.
- หลังจากการดำน้ำหรือว่ายน้ำ ลูกค้าจะต้องเช็ดตัวให้แห้งในโซนเปียกก่อนเข้าพื้นที่แห้งหรือบริเวณทานอาหาร (Main Deck) เพื่อป้องกันการลื่นและอุบัติเหตุอื่นๆ
- Stay in designated wet areas (diving deck) after diving or swimming. Dry off before entering dry zones or dining areas to avoid slips and accidents.
- ลูกค้าจะต้องขออนุญาตจากเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนลงน้ำเพื่อว่ายน้ำหรือดำน้ำตื้น เนื่องจากตำแหน่งของเรือและสภาพน้ำอาจมีความเสี่ยง
- Always seek permission from the boat manager before entering the water for swimming or snorkeling. The ship’s position and water conditions may pose risks.
- น้ำประปาบนเรือไม่เหมาะสำหรับการดื่ม ให้ใช้น้ำดื่มที่เตรียมไว้ให้ และใช้น้ำอย่างประหยัดระหว่างทริป
- Tap water is unsuitable for drinking. Use the drinking water provided and conserve water during the trip.
- ให้ทิ้งกระดาษทิชชู่และขยะที่ไม่ย่อยสลายลงถังขยะที่เตรียมไว้เท่านั้น อนุญาตให้ทิ้งเฉพาะของเสียที่ย่อยสลายได้ในชักโครก เพื่อป้องกันการอุดตัน
- Dispose of paper and non-organic items in the trash bin. Only organic waste is allowed in toilets to prevent blockages.
การคืนเงินและการเปลี่ยนแปลงRefunds and Changes
- แพ็กเกจไนตร็อกซ์ ราคาเหมาเป็นรายทริปต่อผู้ดำน้ำ 1 ท่านเท่านั้น ต้องจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนทริป และไม่สามารถคืนเงินในทุกกรณี แพ็กเกจไนตร็อกซ์ไม่สามารถแชร์ได้และไม่คืนเงินสำหรับถังที่ไม่ได้ใช้ ไดฟ์แรก (เช็คไดฟ์) จะเป็นแอร์ธรรมดา
- Nitrox packages are sold on a per-trip basis, with one package allocated per diver. Pre-booking is required at least 7 days before the trip. Sharing of packages is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for unused tanks. Please note that the first check dive will be conducted using normal air.
- อุปกรณ์เช่าไม่สามารถคืนเงิน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกได้ภายใน 7 วันก่อนทริป
- Rented equipment is non-refundable and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded within 7 days prior to the trip.
- กรณีอุปกรณ์เช่าชำรุดเสียหาย หรือสูญหาย หลังจากใช้งาน ปรับตามจริง กรุณาตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เช่าของท่านก่อนใช้งาน
- The diver is responsible for any cost in case of loss or damage to rental equipment; please check your rental equipment prior to any diving activity.
- สิ่งของที่ลืมบนเรือจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งคืน ซึ่งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า และอาจมีความล่าช้า
- Forgotten items left on the boat will incur return shipping fees, which are the guest’s responsibility. Delays may occur.
- ค่าธรรมเนียมอุทยานและค่าเช่าอุปกรณ์ต้องชำระล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนทริป
- Park fees and equipment rental payments are required at least 7 days before the trip.
- ราคาสำหรับการเช่าอุปกรณ์และบริการอื่นๆ ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม VAT 7%
- Prices for marine national park fees, diving equipment rentals, and other services are subject to a 7% VAT.
กฎการดำน้ำDiving Rules

- ห้ามยืนหรือเหยียบบนปะการัง
- Do not stand or step on coral reefs under any circumstances.
- ห้ามสัมผัส หยิบจับ หยอกล้อ หรือคุกคามสัตว์ทะเลทุกชนิด เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตัวท่านเองและธรรมชาติ
- Do not touch or harass marine life. Refrain from touching, handling, teasing, or harassing any marine animals to ensure your safety and the protection of marine life.
- ห้ามให้อาหารปลาหรือสัตว์ทะเลทุกชนิด ซึ่งจะมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมของสัตว์ นอกจากนี้อาหารที่เราให้อาจทำให้สัตว์น้ำเจ็บป่วยได้
- Do not feed marine animals. Feeding fish or other marine creatures is prohibited.
- ห้ามทิ้งขยะลงทะเล
- Do not dispose of any trash into the sea.
- ห้ามเก็บปะการัง รวมทั้งสัตว์น้ำที่อาศัยอยู่ในแนวปะการังเป็นอันขาด เพื่อช่วยอนุรักษ์แนวปะการังไว้ให้ยั่งยืน
- Do not collect coral or marine life. The collection of coral or any marine creatures living in reef areas is strictly prohibited to preserve the sustainability of coral reefs.

- Avoid playing pranks or teasing others while diving.
- อย่าดำน้ำเกินระดับการฝึกอบรมและประสบการณ์
- Do not exceed the depth limits of your diving certificate and experience level.
ข้อกำหนดการพกพากล้องถ่ายภาพใต้น้ำUnderwater Camera Carrying Policy
เพื่อความปลอดภัยของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการดำเนินงานดำน้ำอย่างมีมาตรฐาน นักดำน้ำที่ต้องการพกพากล้องถ่ายภาพใต้น้ำทุกประเภท (รวมถึงกล้องโทรศัพท์ในเคสดำน้ำ) ต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้:
To ensure environmental protection and maintain safe and standardized diving operations, any diver who wishes to carry underwater photography equipment (including smartphones in underwater housings) must meet the following requirements:
- มีบัตรรับรองระดับ Advanced Open Water Diver หรือเทียบเท่า
- Possess an Advanced Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.
- มีประสบการณ์ดำน้ำมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 40 ไดฟ์ (ต้องแสดง logbook หรือหลักฐานการดำน้ำ)
- Have logged a minimum of 40 dives, with proof provided via a logbook or other verifiable record.
หมายเหตุ: หากไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่อนุญาตให้นำกล้องลงน้ำระหว่างดำน้ำ
Please note: failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of permission to bring any camera equipment underwater during dives.
นโยบายประกันอุบัติเหตุในการดำน้ำและบนเรือ Diving & Onboard Accident Insurance Policy
(สำหรับนักดำน้ำสัญชาติไทย)
(For Thai national divers)
เราให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยของนักดำน้ำทุกท่าน โดยมีการจัดประกันอุบัติเหตุวงเงินคุ้มครองสูงสุด 500,000 บาท สำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างอยู่บนเรือและขณะดำน้ำ อย่างไรก็ตาม มีข้อยกเว้นและข้อจำกัดที่ควรรับทราบ ดังนี้:
We prioritize the safety of every diver and provide accident insurance with coverage up to 500,000 THB for incidents occurring on board and while diving. However, please note the following exclusions and limitations:

Does not cover ear-related injuries (e.g. barotrauma or pressure-related injuries).

Does not include emergency evacuation services such as speedboats, helicopters, or ambulance transport from the dive site.
ในกรณีดังกล่าว ผู้ป่วยจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยตนเอง
In such cases, the patient will be responsible for covering the costs themselves.

📌 ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
- ขอให้นักดำน้ำทุกท่านใช้อุปกรณ์ Dive Computer ส่วนตัว เพื่อการติดตามโปรไฟล์การดำน้ำอย่างแม่นยำ
- All divers are asked to use their own personal dive computer to accurately track their dive profile.
- ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของ Dive Leader หรือ Dive Guide อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตนเองและผู้อื่น
- Follow the instructions of the Dive Leader or Dive Guide strictly, for your own safety and the safety of others.
เส้นทางดำน้ำและตารางเวลาDiving Routes and Schedules
- เส้นทางและตารางเวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามสภาพอากาศและความปลอดภัย โดยคำตัดสินของผู้จัดการเรือและกัปตันถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
- Routes and schedules are subject to change based on weather and safety considerations. Decisions by the Boat Manager and Captain are final.
- ทริปบกขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ น้ำขึ้นน้ำลง และตารางเวลาการดำน้ำ ตามความเหมาะสม
- Land excursions depend on tidal, weather, and schedule conditions.
อาหารและเครื่องดื่มFood and Beverage
- บนเรือจะบริการอาหารไทยในรูปแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์
- Thai cuisine is served buffet style onboard.
- น้ำอัดลมและน้ำดื่มรวมอยู่ในแพ็กเกจ ผู้โดยสารสามารถนำเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์มาเองได้
- Soft drinks and drinking water are included in the package. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.
- การดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ดื่มได้หลังการดำน้ำไดฟ์สุดท้ายของวันจนถึงเวลาเที่ยงคืน ไดฟ์ไกด์มีสิทธิ์ขอให้ผู้โดยสารงดดำน้ำ หากอยู่ในสภาพไม่พร้อม
- Alcohol consumption is allowed after the last dive until 12:00 AM. Dive guides have the authority to restrict diving if a guest is unfit to dive.
- ผู้โดยสารที่มีข้อจำกัดด้านอาหาร เช่น มังสวิรัติหรือฮาลาล จะได้รับอาหาร 1 เมนูต่อมื้อ และแนะนำให้นำอาหารหรือวัตถุดิบส่วนตัวมาเอง
- Guests with dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian or halal) will be provided with one meal option per meal. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food or ingredients if needed.
บริการรับ-ส่งTransfer Services
- บริการรับ-ส่งฟรีเฉพาะสนามบิน-ท่าเรือ ทริปอันดามันเหนือ:สนามบินภูเก็ตและบริเวณเขาหลัก, ทริปอันดามันใต้:สนามบินภูเก็ต, ทริปหลีเป๊ะ:สนามบินหาดใหญ่ รับ-ส่งจากโรงแรมจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
- Free pickup and drop-off services are available for Phuket Airport and Khao Lak area only. Hotel pick-up and drop-off will incur extra charges.
- รถรับ-ส่งคันสุดท้ายออกจากสนามบินเวลา 20.00 น. โดยรอได้ไม่เกิน 1 ชั่วโมง หากมาถึงล่าช้า ผู้โดยสารต้องจัดหารถเองหรือชำระค่าบริการรถรับ-ส่งส่วนตัว
- The last vehicle departs at 8:00 PM from the airport, with a maximum waiting time of 1 hour. Guests arriving after this schedule must arrange their own transportation or pay for a private transfer.
